How does it ship?
Stretched and ready to hang by courier inside the GTA; rolled in a tube beyond that. Shipping and tax are shown before you pay. Rolled canvas goes back on stretcher bars at any framer for about $80–150.
Do I need a frame?
No. The edges are painted and it hangs as it is. If you want one, a plain floater frame or an IKEA frame works fine. These are not precious objects.
What if it doesn't work on my wall?
Send it back within 14 days in the packaging it came in. Full refund, minus the return shipping.
Can I pay over time?
Soon. Installments through the checkout page are being switched on. Until then, write to me and we can split it in two.
Is it insured in transit?
Yes, for the full price, on every shipment.
Is it really one of one?
Yes. No prints, no editions, ever. Each piece comes with a signed certificate naming the title, year, size and you.
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt from Stripe. I get an email, pack the piece within a few days, and send you the tracking. If it is hanging in a cafe, you can also collect it there and I will meet you.
Can you paint something for me?
Sometimes. Tell me the size, the wall and the budget at hi@yiwuduan.com. I say yes to about one in four.
