Contribution is what you freely offer.
Responsibility is what your role genuinely requires.
Control is the outcomes you can actually shape.
This path trains out one move: turning care into responsibility, then responsibility into a demand to control the outcome.
The order
Mine / not mine → differentiation → regulation → uncertainty and reading people → grief (open any week) → operating systems → power and neutral rules → conflict and repair → helping without rescuing → stop being the system → Adler → your operating manual.
The rules
Videos can play in the background · one 15-minute worksheet per stage · four questions, four lines · a missed week is not a failure · anything heavy goes to your therapist first.
The rule of this path: a watched video is not a tick. The tick is the worksheet — the sort, the log, the rule, the sentence said out loud.
The goal is not to care less. It is to care deeply without becoming responsible for everybody’s outcome.
